Our project in Germany

We want to establish a site in Germany, where we will merge all the innovative technologies we have at our disposal, where we can present our system as a comprehensive system solution to you, and numerous other interested parties from around the world.

The following essential high-tech stages/processes will be constructed:

1.The CARO-unit (pyrolyses) consists of two 40-foot containers as base with an output of up to 1300kg/hour. The Caro-unit processes non-recyclable mixed plastics into pyrolyses-process-gas and pyrolyses-oil and supplies its own energy. A CARO-unit has amongst others the highest safety standards and most innovative filter systems for 100% cleaning of process gases as well as a very refined and ecological cleaning of exhaust gasses through ionisation processes

2. The hydrofuel-process, based in a 40-foot container, provides the production of high-grade fuel with low exhaust values and heightened
efficiency. This does not only speak for its high environmental sustainability, but also for the profitability of the entire system.

3. The CHP-plant consisting of five 40-foot Containers with 800kW electrical output each is operated with hydrofuel and is characterised by a longer service life and very pure exhausts (far obove the Euro 6 norm)

4. A thermo-generator to process excess heat from the CARO- and CHP-plants into electricity

5. The Carbon Black refinement unit processes the residual solids from the pyrolysis (Carbon Black) into Graphene with a total annual production of about 100 tons. Such a unit is very interesting for use with waste materials like tires or biomass/sludge as the amount of Carbon black is increased several times.

Location

As location for the entire system we chose an existing polymer-recycling plant. All necessary Permits and connections for Waste processing were already in place. Consequently installation and putting into operation takes only a short time. During operation the plant sustains itself and the existing plant with heat and electrical power.

Amortisation

The entire system should amortise itself within three to four years.
